COPYRIGHT DATABASE AND DISCLAIMER
NOTICE
Drive Recruit Limited is the owner of a comprehensive database
of student jobs and opportunities covering the UK and the rest of the
world. The establishment of the Database has involved, and its maintenance
and development continues to involve, extensive skill labour and effort,
including the collection of raw data, the design of the database, the
selection and verification of data for inclusion in the database and the
insertion and arrangement of selected data in the database. The cost of
establishing the Database and of continuing to obtain, verify and present
its contents is considerable. The Database is protected by law by virtue
of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 and the Copyright and Rights
in Databases Regulations 1997 (SI 1997/3032) implementing the European
Parliament and Council Directive 96/9/EC of 11 March 1996 on the Legal
Protection of Databases (the Directive). We wish to protect our volunteers
and their legitimate interests.
Drive Recruit puts you on notice that we will instruct our Solicitors to bring
an action against you for any unauthorised use of the data. Such unauthorised
use includes, but is not limited to, the copying of the content; the extraction
and/or re-utilization of the whole or of a part, of the contents of the
database.
The information is made available to students to enable them to locate
a suitable jobs.
The information on this site is continuously under changes, and TDrive Recruit Limited, under no event, will be held liable for any damages
arising out of the use of the information held on this site.
All rights, including copyright, in the content of these web pages are
owned or controlled for these purposes by the Drive Recruit.
In accessing these web pages, you agree that you may only download the
content for your own personal non-commercial use. You are not permitted
